We are now accepting online bookings for dental cleanings, with or without checkups.

A credit card on file will be required to hold your booking. If we do not have one on file, we will send a form by email for you to fill out. If you are a new patient and do not fill out this form, we may cancel your appointment. 

A member of our staff will check each online booking to make sure you are due for your cleaning and that we have all the info required for your appointment. Please send us an email if you would like us to pre-authorize your appointment with your insurance to let you know your coverage. 

If you are a new patient, your initial exam must be done separately from your cleaning. Please don't hesitate to book an initial cleaning though, and a staff member will reach out to book your exam.

 We are still happy to book your appointment or answer any questions by email, text, or phone call. 

All online bookings will be subject to our cancellation policy: we require 2 business day notice to cancel or change your appointment or you may be subject to a $75 fee.
