Do you accept
new patients?
We are happy to welcome new patients to our Banff
dental clinic. We appreciate your confidence in our practice when
you refer your family, friends and colleagues to us.
What are the different
payment options available?
We accept cash, cheque, debit cards, Mastercard and
Visa. Generally, payment is due at the time of treatment. However,
short term financial arrangements can be made upon prior
consultation with the dentist.
What about dental insurance
plans?
Our Banff dental clinic has the ability to
electronically submit your dental claims and estimates to your
insurance carrier where possible making your re-imbursement from
your insurance company that much faster. We are happy to help you
with understanding your benefit plan and how it can be used to help
you to achieve the level of oral health you desire.
What are your
dental office hours?
Our Banff dental clinic is open Monday, Wednesday,
Thursday and Friday from 8 am – 5 pm and Tuesday from 9 am – 6
pm.
If I have a true dental
emergency when the dental clinic is closed, what can I do to
get help?
Should the need arise, please phone our Banff dental
clinic at 403-762-2525. Emergency contact numbers will be
available on the answering machine.

ask one of the team members or leave a message and the dentist will
